I set up some job alerts to get emails when ASE jobs suspend. I haven't received emails although jobs have suspended. My email is setup correctly in user properties and the IBM Security AppScan Enterprise Alert Service is started on all agent servers (this is a 2 agent server environment). I checked my email to make sure that alerts aren't being dumped to a different folder.
This client also has a 2-agent server instance of Policy Tester and alerts work fine on it, so alerts CAN work.
Any idea what else I need to set in ASE to get alerts working?
