Off Topic » No signal in Australia

Hi can anybody help
Last time we were in Western Australia (about 4 months ago) we couldn't get a signal on our iPhone 5C's we were disappointed but thought that maybe our iPhones were not responding after the ios10 update
So we bought a non smart phone (a Nokia 105) and put a brand new giffgaff card in
Nokia worked fine in U.K. and on route to Australia at our stopover in Doha (Qatar) BUT in
Australia nothing. (Both IPhone signals in Qatar Ok as well)
So all 3 Sims are not working in Australia

Is there a problem with Giffgaff in Australia
Any advice appreciated
