Off Topic » No Balance new to giffgaff

Hi,

Need some help. I bought a goody bag, ordered and activated my sim. Received confirmation and then went to check my balance which was £0?? My auto recurrance says it will start in January and payment will be taken then but I want to start it now. I put in my account details to take money out monthly so assumed it would be all systems go. I'm finding this all a bit complicated. I thought you select what you what, activate your sim, set up payment and your good to go. What am I doing wrong anyone?

Please help...
