Hello all,

New to computers. I am in a mapology program that requires me to document each step of my map. I am using Open Office 4.1.1 and Windows 7.
How do I use the print screen function to copy my screen to an open office word document. I have to provide a screen shot and an explanation of why I did what I did.

Any help would be really appreciated!
