Applications » Does anyone know how to get Garmin MAP Update easily?

I have a Garmin device to locate my destination and from last couple of hours I am unable to see the updated or most recent maps on the device. May be, if I perform Garmin Map Update then it will show all the latest maps. But, I don’t know how I can update Garmin MAP. If anyone knows the steps to update the device please help me.
