Hello,

After installing this update users downloading Excel spreadsheets from CRM 2011 no longer get asked if they want to open the older format. Instead it just opens excel to a blank screen.
Uninstalling the update returns Excel to it's proper behavior.
I have experienced this on 4 separate computers so it is a repeatable problem.
Is there a another fix besides removing the update?

Please help...

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Problem with embedded excel spreadsheet in Word document. � � If I try to download a word file every time it downloads it as DisplayMessage.aspx instead of the file. How do I sort it out?
