Off Topic » Sheet Formatting Changed-Excel download not viewable anymore

At some point, the formatting of my data spreadsheet changed. Now, when I download the file to work with it in excel, the formatting is all weird. I also noticed when I add rows to the sheet the "new" small formatting is also there. I would like to get the formatting back to the original.

The Boiler_WaterQuality sheet is the one with the weird formating. If you look at row 1464, this is the super small formatting that downloads for the entire sheet into excel. I can't work with this and I can't figure out how to change the formatting.

The 2014-WaterQuality sheet is the formatting I want. When I add rows it all looks good. When I download into excel, the formatting is also good.
