We currently use the "save to google drive" function under printer to save our Gmail emails to a shared drive. When there are attachments in the email these are included in the PDF and the link still works however it downloads instead of previewing.
Is there a way to set the attachments to preview in a new window instead of downloading? It's really annoying that it downloads. You then need to open it and then delete it so your hard drive doesn't get chunked up.
I have also tried adding the file to drive and then making the email PDF. I've tried saving as a PDF first and uploading (the attachment doesn't work at all in this scenario)
